These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Water Act. The Regulations consist of 66 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); River Area and Land Administration (II); Planning And Facilities of Watershed Management (III); River Flood Control And Flooding Emergency (IV); River Usage And Management (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
