The objective of these Regulations is to strengthen the management of fishery ports and fishing vessels, protect the legitimate rights and interests of fishery port and fishing vessel owners and operators, protect safety of citizens and their property, and promote the sustainable development of fishery. The Text consists of 5 Chapters: General provisions; Fisheryport management; Fishing vessel management; Fishery production safety management; Supplementary provisions.
