These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the administration of the energy saving for buildings in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, increase the efficiency of energy utilization, and promote the development of the circular economy. The Regulations contain 55 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions; General Rules; Construction and Transformation; Application of Solar Energy and Other Regeneratable Energy; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
