These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the environmental protection of construction projects, control the environmental pollution, and protect the ecological environment. The Regulations contain 54 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General Provisions; Setting up a Construction Project; Construction of Projects; Examination and Acceptance of Projects; Public Participation; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
