These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Fire Prevention and Control, aiming to prevent fire disaster and decrease fire detriment, and protect the safety of citizen’s person and property as well as public property. The Regulations contain 53 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Fire Prevention; Fire-Suppression and Rescue; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
