These Regulations are enacted to promote the development of the cycle economy in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. The Regulations contain 55 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General Provisions; Programs and Plans; Economization on Resources and Recycle; Support and Encouragement; Demonstration and Popularization; Propagation and Education; Supplementary Provisions.
