These Regulations aim to protect the sources of drinking water of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, keep people in good health, and promote sustained economic development. The Regulations contain 42 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Supervision and Administration; Protection of Sources of Drinking Water and Control of Pollution; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
