These Regulations, consisting of 21 articles, are enacted in accordance with the Water Act. The Regilations provide for approval and public announcement of drainage and catchment area, maintenance of drainage facilities, flood control and flooding emergency, safety inspection, usage management of drainage facilities, offences and penalties, etc.
