The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the management of liquor production and circulation, maintain the order of the liquor market, ensure the safety of liquor consumption, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of producers, business operators and consumers. The Text consists of 35 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Production Management; Circulation Management; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
