These Regulations aim to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the village economic cooperatives and their members and promote the development of rural collective economy. The Regulations consist of 7 Chapters divided into 45 articles: General Provisions (I); Establishment and Termination (II); Membership (III); Organizational Structure (IV); Financial Management (V); Legal Liabilities (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
