This Regulatory Decree No. 20/2001/A removes a parcel of abandoned land from the Forest Nucleus of Achada located in the florestal perimeter of Ilha Terceira donating it to the Shooting Club of Ilha Terceira, which was dislocated from an area now occupied by the Industrial Park of Angra do Heroismo. The 3 articles of which it is composed refer to: 1) Object; 2) delimitation and consignation and 3) additional tasks and revenues.
