Regulatory Reform (Agricultural Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2006 (S.I. No. 2805 of 2006).

This Order: (a) amends the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 in provisions concerning rent reviews, succession, end of tenancy compensation, arbitration under the Act and the application of the Act to new tenancies; and (b) amends the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 with respect to notice periods under that Act. The amendments give parties to agricultural tenancies greater freedom of contract as to the matters subject of amendment by this Order.
