These Regulations make amendments to the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2011 in regulations 37C and 37D and in Schedule A1. Regulations 37C and 37d inserted into the principal Regulations by the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2013 on calculation of initial tariffs on or after coming into force of those Regulations. Schedule A1 concerns testing for purposes of Renewable Heat Incentive emission certificates.
