This Order amends the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 by, among other things: inserting new definitions for different types of generating capacity, “advanced fuel”, “combustion unit” and “qualifying power output” and to amend the definitions of “energy crops”; amending “regular biomass” is amended to exclude all “advanced fuels”; removing a limit on the NIROCs (certificates) issued for cofiring that suppliers can submit in each obligation period and inserting limits on the NI
