This Act is provides for the establishment of 20 ministries and ministry-level government agencies as prescribed in Section 4, including: the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives; the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; the Ministry of Energy; Ministry of Social Development and Human Security; the Ministry of Labour; and the Ministry of Public Health; etc.
