This Republic Act provides for the construction of fish ports in Barangay Hagnaya, Municipality of San Remigio, within the Province of Cebu. It establishes that this construction will be carried out, under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), a fish port in the above mentioned Province.
