This Republic Act provides for the construction of fish ports in the City of Dagupan, within the Province of Pangasinan. It establishes that this construction will be carried out, under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture through the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), a fish port in the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan.
