This Republic Act provides for the construction of fish ports in the following Municipalities: Tongkil, Tapul, Lugus, Kalinggalan Caluang and Siasi, within the Province of Sulu. It establishes that this construction will be carried out, under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), fish ports in the above mentioned Province.
