This Resolution consists of 3 Chapters divided into 26 articles. Chapter I deals with terms and definitions. Chapter II provides for the management and duties of the Technical Consultative Committee as well as for the responsibility of Analysis and Inspection Body. General and final provisions are given in Chapter III. Article 3 establishes the Technical and Consultative Committee for the implementation of this Law.
