“Cultural heritage” is defined in article 2. The Authority for Research and Conservation of Cultural Heritage is established under article 2 as a government institution with a juridical personality. The Authority shall carry out scientific registration and supervision of cultural heritage, protect cultural heritage, etc. (art. 4). Powers and duties of the Authority are set out in article 6.
