This Order prescribes, in Schedule 1 and 2, the form of certificates and reports of an engineer for purposes of article 20 of the Reservoirs (Jersey) Law 1996. The Order also specifies in Schedule 3, the information to be given by undertakers to the Minister under article 21(1) of the Law when an undertaker intends to construct, enlarge or bring again into use a large raised reservoir.
