This Order prescribes: in Schedule 1, information to be given about large raised reservoirs in the register kept by the Minister pursuant to article 4 of the Law the Reservoirs (Jersey) Law 1996; in Schedule 2, the form of the record required by article 11(1) of the Law to be kept for every large raised reservoir by the undertakers; and in Schedule 3 matters relating to large raised reservoirs of which undertakers are to keep a record.
