An Ordinance to regulate the control of certain substances and products and their residues in living animals whose meat is destined for human consumption. Article 1 contains definitions of certain terms therein used, such as, for example, "official sampling", "registers", "substances not admitted", "residues", etc. Part 2 deals with official sampling by authorized veterinarians established by a special survey programme. Samples will have to be examined for residues by authorized laboratories acc
