This Resolution of the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC), adopted in accordance with the provisions of Article IX, paragraph 1 of the IOTC Agreement, revokes specified Conservation and Management Measures (recommendations and Resolutions) previously adopted by the Commission. They are revokes because are are considered to have been fulfilled or obsolete, as they have been replaced without being superseded or are no longer relevant to the conservation and management of tuna and tuna-like specie
