The Baltic Assembly recommends the authorities of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to adopt the submitted Baltic Energy Strategy as a framework for the energy sector development in a long-term perspective, taking into account the possible political, economic, ecological and social consequences, and calls upon the Baltic Council of Ministers to elaborate an action plan for implementing the Baltic Energy Strategy.
