This Resolution is composed of 28 articles and 3 Annexes. A previous licence shall be obtained for the import, export, handling and production of pesticides, and chemical, organic, animal materials and preparations used as feed for animals, poultry and aquatic animals (art. 1). Licences shall be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation only to veterinary surgeons and agrarian engineers (art. 2). Licences for the sale and purchase of pesticides, animal preparations, plant growth
