Resolution Conama No. 256 regulating vehicles' gas and noise polluting emissions.

This Resolution, consisting of 16 articles, establishes norms and mechanisms to control vehicles’ gas and noise polluting emissions, according to article 104 of the National Traffic Code. It also prescribes offences and penalties to be paid for illegal activity.
