This Resolution of the Council of Ministers approves the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, establishing a new juridical framework in particular for territorial sea, contiguous zone, EEZ, continental shelf and marine pollution. It creates a Commission under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which aim is to enforce the provisions established by the aforementioned Convention.
