By adopting this Resolution, the Interministerial Committee for Economic Programming has approved the document containing the “Environmental Action Strategy for Sustainable Development in Italy 2002-2010”. The document is entirely contained in the Annex attached to the Resolution and it is divided into the following seven Chapters: (1) The Italian Environmental Action Programme; (2) Environmental action instruments (enforcement of legislation in force, environmental impact assessment, tax system
