This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Allowance to import the feedstuff white beet dregs upon the following conditions: to be suit feed for animals; free from poisons seeds, diseases, radioactive materials and insects; humidity not more than 12 per cent; blemish and defects not more than 2 per cent (art. 1). Implementing Regulation regarding the feedstuff mentioned in article 2 of Resolution 1/T of 1960 shall be applied to the white beet dregs (art. 2).
