This Resolution is composed of 10 articles. Article 1 defines the total surface of the protected area, 45,000 hectares, and the boundary dividing it into two parts. Article 2 defines objectives of this protected area which are: (a) protection of wildlife, plants and biodiversity; (b) afforestation; (c) research and development; (d) protection of natural and environmental resources; and (e) soil conservation.
