This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Regulating exploited wells of agricultural lands before 1 August 2000, which are distant more than 300 metres from the State’s wells, shall be carried out after studying the effect of these wells on the State’s wells by the Basin Departments, Irrigation Offices in provinces, Drinking Water and Drainage Department and a representative of Tillers Union (art. 1).
