The aim of this Resolution is to regulate marine fishing. The present Resolution is composed of 9 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 provides for the establishment of the Register for Amateur Fishing Vessel Licences. Articles 2 and 3 deal with the applications for the aforementioned licences.
