This Resolution lays down requirements, conditions and procedures for the classification and definition of wheat. It is deals with the following matters: definition of wheat; classification of wheat in 4 classes; definition and classification of hard and soft wheat; definition of barley, lentils, chick-peas and maize; and, principles and rules which decide and control procedures, kinds, classes of wheat.
