This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 declares the zones cultivated with wheat, olives, almonds, apples, citrus fruits, peanuts and vegetables located in the province of Tartoos to be protected areas. These areas shall be subject to pest, blight and disease fighting. Farmers and tillers, in cooperation with party organizations, popular organizations and the Administrative Authorities, shall be informed when and how to carry out operations to fight pests and diseases (art. 2).
