The aim of this Resolution is to regulate, manage and control solid wastes in Syria. It is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the Solid Waste Management Department at the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment divided into the following divisions: Integrated Management Division for Solid Waste; Monitor Division; and Technical Affairs Division.
