This Resolution lays down procedures for the obtainment or renewal of fishing licences. The present Resolution is composed of 9 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 provides for the creation of the Register for Fishing Vessel Licences at the General Department for Marine Wealth. Articles 2-6 deal with: licence’s application; competent authorities; and validity of licences. Article 7 gives vessel owners 2 months for obtaining a fishing licence as of the date of entry into force of this Resolution. Art
