This Resolution approves the agreement between the Republic of Cape Verde and the society called Island Seafood Fish Processing Industry Lda, for a fish processing concession under the control of competent authorities, according to Law No. 90/IV/93 of 13 December and Law No. 85/VII/2011. The above mentioned Agreement aims at establishing rights, duties and incentives in which the two Parts are committed in order to facilitate the implementation of activities related to the “Industrial Unit” for
