The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the filling up operations of lands covered with marine water in order to protect the environment. The present Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 prohibits filling up with earth any land covered with marine water without a previous authorization. Articles 3-5 entrust the municipalities to monitor and control the filling up operations during the construction of ports and harbours in order to protect the environment.
