This Resolution designates the Red Ross Northern Islands and barrier reefs as a protected area. The present Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 delimits and illustrates the aforementioned protected area. Article 2 entrusts the Environment Affairs Apparatus to be responsible for the protected areas as provided for in Law No. 102 of 1983.
