The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the consumption and use of water. It is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of water resources departments in Syrian provinces under the control of The General Authority for Water Resources. Article 2 defines competencies and duties of the aforementioned departments in accordance with article 15 of the Legislative Decree No. 90 of 2005. Article 3 deals with assets and employees of the aforementioned departments.
