This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. It shall be prohibited to throw, treat and burn waste or agricultural residues unless done in appropriate places according to the requirements, rules and necessary cautions established by the Environmental Affairs Authority in cooperation with all competent Authorities in all provinces (art. 1).
