Resolution No. 188/1 defining the conditions and requirements for obtaining the licence for timber treating destined to the exportation.

The purpose of this Resolution is to regulate the timber treating field. This Resolution is composed of 6 articles and 2 Annexes. Articles 1 and 2 divide the timber treatment activities in fumigated timber with bromide methyl and in timber treated with temperature, as well as specify the respective licence to be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture according to the International Standard No. 15. Article 3 defines the conditions for revocation of the licence and for issuing a new one. Article 4
