In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 30 of 25 August 1964 concerning the protection of aquatic life, and on the basis of Resolution No. 460 of 1965 regulating fishing in brackish waters, the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform amends article 1 of Resolution No. 138/T of 10 September 1978 as follows: "Trawling in marine waters shall be forbidden between May 15 and September 14 of each year".
