This Implementing Regulation aims at the management, development and protection of water resources. It is composed of 14 articles. Article 1 gives terms and definitions. The aforementioned Authority shall replace the General Departments for Water Basin Irrigation established by Law No. 17 of 7 July 1986 is provided for in article 2.
