This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Creation of 3 Irrigation Offices in the provinces of Aleppo, Arreqa and Deir-Azzoor subordinated to the Ministry of Irrigation (art. 1). Creation of the Water Pollution Fighting Center in the Province of Hamah subordinated to the Ministry of Irrigation (art. 2). Competencies and duties of the above-mentioned Offices shall be compatible with the objectives of the Ministry of Irrigation (art. 3).
