This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. The zone of Asha'ra Asharqeyyah located in the province of Tartoos is to be considered a protected area (art. 1). Entry of animals, constructions, camping and cultivation in the above-mentioned zone are prohibited (art. 2). Persons can entry into the above-mentioned zone only for a scientific research (art. 3). Provisions and rules of Forest Law No. 7 of 1994 will be applied on every violation of this Resolution (art. 4).
