This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Regulation for stone quarries, stone crushers and transportation of sand from coasts and valleys is to be enforced (art. 1). The Director-General of Environmental Affairs, Director-General of Environment of Dhafar, Heads of Environment Departments as well as Environmental Inspectors and Controllers shall be responsible for implementing this Regulation (art. 2).
