This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Creation of the Syrian Desert Development Project Department at the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation (art. 1). Duties and competencies of this Department are: grassing re-qualification; plant protection and development in the desert; production of suitable seeds and nurseries; natural and water resource survey; creation of databases; soil conservation; laying down a grassing policy; animal wealth development; modernization of milk and cheese
