This Resolution approves the concession contract between the State of Cape Verde and the Cape-Verdean Society of Tobaccos, S.A. The exclusive concession, with a renewable duration of eight years, consists of 8 Chapters, authorizing the Cape-Verdean Society of Tobaccos, S.A. to produce and import tobaccos and its derivatives within the entire National territory.
